What I Offer

This service is provided with a full introductory consultation so we can create a vision and strategy specifically crafted to what  clients are looking for. In this package, I walk with the clients room to room and offer professional opinions as to what will appeal to the largest pool of buyers. I go over popular trends/ color schemes, what we want in photos versus an open house, tips to de-clutter and how to prioritize the home owners to do list. I stage with the clients provided art, accessories, etc. only. As well as help re-arrange furniture if accessible.
